I. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMERS
1. Customer rights
- To be provided with full information about products and services, including technical specifications, instructions for use, warranty and maintenance policies.
- To enjoy warranty and maintenance policies according to the terms committed in the contract.
- To receive technical support and answers to questions during the use of products and services.
- To be guaranteed the quality and performance of products according to committed standards.
2. Customer responsibilities
- To provide accurate and complete information when requesting consultation, design, installation or system maintenance.
- To use products and services in accordance with technical instructions and intended use.
- Do not arbitrarily disassemble, repair or change the system design without the consent of Green Leaf Energy.
- To pay in full and on time according to the terms of the contract.
- Perform periodic maintenance according to Green Leaf Energy's instructions to ensure the performance and longevity of the system.
II. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF GREEN LEAF ENERGY CO., LTD.
1. Company benefits
- Be provided with complete and accurate information by customers to effectively consult, design and install.
- Receive timely payments according to the signed contract.
- Have the right to refuse warranty in case the customer violates the terms and conditions.
2. Company responsibilities
- Provide products and services that meet the committed quality and specifications.
- Perform installation, maintenance and repair according to technical standards.
- Ensure transparency in contract terms, warranty policies and after-sales support.
- Respond to and promptly resolve complaints or requests for support from customers.
- Comply with current laws on the environment, labor safety and consumer protection.
III. GENERAL TERMS
1. Contract
- All transactions related to the provision of products and services are carried out based on a contract signed between the two parties.
- The content of the contract is the legal basis for resolving any disputes (if any).
2. Information security
- The company is committed to keeping all information related to customers confidential.
- Customers are responsible for protecting technical information, contracts or confidential documents provided by the company.
3. Dispute resolution
- All disputes arising from the use of products and services will be resolved through negotiation and conciliation.
- If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved at a competent court in accordance with Vietnamese law.
